Bread Maker
Recently bought a Zojirushi bread maker and started my bread making life. The main purpose of this bread maker is to make bread for my little boy as he loves bread. However, my first baking failed. The bread turned out fine initially, but it dried up the next day. Then, I started sourcing out what went wrong and also, for more delicious recipes which are not in the manual given.
In case I forgotten those recipes, I decided to blog it down for my future references.
